Transfer Requirements
The way in which you transfer your domain name over to PurplePaw depends on which type it is. TLD's such as .com, .net and .org will require you to contact your current registrar to unlock the domain. Once this is done, you need to request an EPP or Auth Code from them. Once provided with this, we can safely transfer the domain to PurplePaw
Other domains, such as .co.uk, .org.uk or ltd.uk, require their IPS Tag changing to PURPLE-PAW. Contact your current registrar to start this process.
Recommendation: If you are not sure if you're eligible to register a domain name, or are having problems with your existing domain, get in touch with PurplePaw's Customer Services team and we'll be happy to help!
