You can log into your billing account by clicking on the following link:
Once inside the billing system you can view and change your contact details, see the renewal dates for your domain names and hosting services, submit a ticket to Support or Customer Services, and get a direct login to your hosting account's Control Panel.

If you are unsure which server your site is hosted on, please refer to your welcome email, or log into the Billing System (above) and select the "Server Login" option on main Dashboard Screen.
